Executive Director, Lincoln Maritime Center - part time position
Position Summary:
Responsible for providing strategic leadership for Lincoln by working with the Board of Directors and the Directors of Rowing & Sailing to establish and implement long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies to insure that Lincoln is the best community-based, waterfront maritime facility on the South Shore.
Managerial Responsibilities:
Manage Directors of Rowing & Sailing including oversight of their interviewing, hiring and training of employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Experience:
Must have a minimum of several years of experience leadership including the responsibility for managing, marketing and development with a history of significant fund raising achievements for a not for profit entity preferably a sailing/rowing center.
